Newbie Alert!!!!

So I finally decided to do a blog...here goes nothing! I agonized over this for several weeks, do I want a quilting blog, a thrifting blog, a trash to treasure blog, etc? I decided to make this a LIFE blog. Be prepared to hear about my kids and grandkids, my quilts, thrift store finds, my job gripes, my friends and whatever.  

So to start this blog off, here is a picture of a table runner I am currently working on. It is a Dresden Plate pattern and I will add blue sashings and border.

This is for a friends benefit Sat. She has small cell lung cancer which is inoperable and incurable. Please keep her and her family in your prayers.
